Staff Bios




Adrian is the Founding/Lead Pastor of Northside Community Church. He is also the full-time Director of Chaplain Services & Education at Duke Raleigh Hospital where he has worked since 2003. Adrian grew up in the Raleigh area and earned a bachelor's degree at Campbell University, an M.Div. at Duke University, and a D.Min. at Virginia Theological Seminary. 

Adrian is married to Shoshannah and together they have three children. He's a fan of the NC State Wolfpack and loves Cincinnati Reds baseball.




Dee is the Pastor of Children's Ministry at Northside. She grew up in North Carolina and graduated from Meredith College. Dee completed her Preschool & Children's Ministry Certificate at Campbell Divinity School and is currently studying theology through Ministry Training Institute (MTI). 

Dee is married to Brian and they have three boys that keep them busy.  When Dee isn't working in ministry or caring for her family, you'll find her reading a book or enjoying a workout. 




Eric has been serving at Northside Community Church since its inception and as the Pastor of Worship since 2003.  Eric grew up in the Raleigh area and attended Campbell University (B.A.), Campbell University Divinity School (M.Div.) and is currently working on his Doctor of Ministry in Educational Leadership at Virginia Theological Seminary.

Eric is married to Megan and together they have three children (Eve, Elijah, and Ezra). He works full-time at Alliance Plumbing, Inc. and is also a Chaplain for the U.S. Air Force Reserve serving the 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, Fla.




Daniel is the Pastor of Students and Young Adults at Northside. Daniel grew up in Massachusetts and attended Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania (B.A., B.S.). He is currently pursuing his M.A. at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Daniel is married to Danielle and together they have three children together. He works full-time for HelpMeSee, a non-profit organization that seeks to eradicate cataract blindness worldwide. Daniel is also a big Boston sports fan and loves playing basketball.




Angela is Northside’s Ministry Specialist, helping to take care of Financial and Administrative tasks as well as Guest Services coordination and behind-the-scenes Worship support production. She has a healthcare background as a Medical Scribe.

Angela is a North Carolina native and enjoys the mountains, foothills, sandhills, and anywhere on the water – lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. She and her husband Tony love to hike, bike, swim, kayak, fish, and camp in NC’s great State Parks. Angela has two adult sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and two granddaughters, and is always grateful for warm fellowship with her and Tony’s blended family.

If you ever receive correspondence from Angela, it will be signed off with Psalm 91:1: “Those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”, because God has shown Himself always faithful In this way through the overwhelmingly significant blessed times and in the valleys and trials, when they’ve come along.

Rachel is the Executive Director for Northside Compassion Project (NCP). She has a B.S. in Business Management from N.C. State University, also known as the best university in the Triangle area. As a native of Wake County, she's worked locally in the non-profit sector with programming roles at Able to Serve in Garner and the Salvation Army Community Center in Raleigh. While devoting time for family caregiving, Rachel volunteered with the NCP and helped launch the Pot of Gold 5K, a spring fundraising event enjoyed annually at Knightdale Station Park. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, trying new restaurants and watching YouTube with her family.
